"I had to wait a few days for..."
I had to wait a few days for my refund, and I was starting to think, “Okay, is this actually going to show up?” But support did reply, and the money ended up going back to my card. Not the fastest process ever, but in the end it was handled, so fair enough

"Replies took longer than I expected"
Ordering itself was easy, but trying to get help after that was annoying. I emailed them about my order, and it took a while before anyone got back to me. When they finally replied, it was kind of brief and didn’t really clear up what I was asking. Maybe there was something going on behind the scenes, I don’t know, but from my side it just felt slow and a bit frustrating.

"I can’t really judge it just from the pictures"
I didn’t actually buy this, so I don’t want to pretend I have a real opinion about how it works, feels, or holds up. I only looked at the photos, and photos can be helpful, but they don’t really tell you everything you’d need to know from using it in person. So I can’t give a proper review.

"Sizing was actually accurate"
I don’t usually trust all the polished sizing claims companies put in the description, but this one was pretty much right. It fits well overall, just the sleeves are a little longer than I’d like.

"Exchange was simple, refund was a little slow"
The exchange process was easy and didn’t give me any trouble. The only thing I noticed was that the refund took a few days to come through, which felt a bit slow to me, but overall it was a decent experience.

"I really couldn’t get into the design..."
I really couldn’t get into the design. It feels kind of weird and messy, and browsing around wasn’t enjoyable for me. I also got the impression that my feedback or message wasn’t really read, which made the whole experience a bit more frustrating.

"Really frustrating to use"
I was trying to find what I needed, but it was such a hassle. Things just didn’t show up where I expected, and on my phone the pages kept loading weird or not quite right. It made the whole thing feel way more frustrating than it should’ve been.

"Fell apart after one wash"
I’m annoyed. I washed it exactly like the tag said, and after just one wash the seams were already getting loose and the fabric looked worn out. For the price, I really expected it to hold up way better. Disappointing.

"Wrong item showed up"
I ordered one thing and ended up getting something else, well, not something else entirely, but definitely not what I picked. Frustrating and I’ll need to get it sorted out

"The waiting part was frustrating"
I usually don’t get too caught up in every little shipping detail, but this one really stood out because my order just didn’t show up when it was supposed to. I kept checking the tracking, mostly looking for any sign it had actually moved, and it stayed the same for days. The updates didn’t really tell me anything useful either. It was annoying, especially since I’d already paid and was just stuck waiting.

"Stock info didn’t match my expectations"
I tried ordering twice because the items showed as available, but both times they ended up being out of stock. I don’t expect everything to always be available, but I do expect the website to reflect what’s actually in stock before I spend time placing an order. Frustrating experience overall.

"I ordered this a few weeks back..."
I ordered this a few weeks back thinking it would show up quickly, but it ended up arriving way later than expected. The most frustrating part was that I didn’t really get clear updates along the way, so I was just kind of left wondering where it was. By the time it finally showed up, I was already annoyed.

"Looks nice, but not that comfy"
I really liked how it looked online, but once I tried it on, the fabric just wasn’t what I expected. It feels a little rough on my skin and kind of stiff, not soft or easy to wear for a long time. After a few hours, it started to bother me, especially around the seams. It might be fine for a short outing, but for the price, the comfort was "disappointing."

"Felt way too cheap"
I was disappointed with these. The material felt super thin right out of the package, and after wearing it just once, the stitching already started coming loose. Come on now, I expected it to hold up better than that. Definitely doesn’t feel worth the money.

"Felt overpriced and kind of impersonal"
This just wasn’t worth the money for me. It looked better in the photos, but in person the quality was only okay and didn’t really live up to what I expected. The whole experience also felt a bit impersonal, like I was just another ticket number rather than an actual customer. I wouldn’t buy it again, especially when there are cheaper options out there that feel about the same or even better
